Biography
Andrey Chebotaru was born on December 23, 1984, in the city of Sevastopol, Crimea (Ukraine, now Russia), into a family of artists – Nicholas and Tamara Chebotaru. He received his education at the Crimean Art School under the guidance of MS Samokish and later attended the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Inkerman, Crimea, where his parents also taught.
Andrey is a pleine air artist, who travels a lot, in Ukraine and internationally and practices his art.
