Biography

Born in 1968 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, Potapenkov completed his education at the E.V. Vuchetich Dnepropetrovsk Art School in 1987. He further honed his artistic skills and knowledge at the prestigious National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Ukraine, graduating in 1995. Throughout his artistic journey, Potapenkov has been an active member of the art association “Cold VEL” and the group “Squat on Olegovskaya.” Since 1990, he has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, showcasing his talent and unique artistic vision.
Throughout his career, Potapenkov has held various exhibitions, primarily in Ukraine, but also extending his artistic reach to Baltic countries. These exhibitions have provided platforms for him to showcase his evolving style and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
